Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.cookiedleads.com (the "Site"), operated by Virality Marketing Solutions LLC, doing business as Cookied Leads ("Cookied Leads," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Who the Site is for

The Site describes advertising and lead generation services for businesses. You must be at least 18 and able to act for the business you represent to submit a form or book a call.

2. No offer or guarantee

Information on the Site is general marketing information, not an offer or a contract. Pricing, lead volume, qualification criteria, exclusivity, delivery terms, and launch times vary by program and become binding only in a separate written agreement signed by both parties. We do not guarantee any lead volume, contact rate, appointment, sale, or financial result. Any reference to launching in as little as seven days is an estimate for eligible campaigns.

3. What Cookied Leads is not

Cookied Leads provides advertising and lead generation services. We are not a lender, insurer, broker-dealer, investment adviser, or law firm. We do not issue policies, approve financing, sell investment products, or give legal, tax, or financial advice.

4. Your information and messages

You agree to give accurate information on our forms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.

SMS terms. If you opt in to texts, Cookied Leads may send messages about your inquiry and scheduled calls. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help, or email [email protected]. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Site, including by submitting false or third-party information, interfering with its operation, scraping it, or using it to break any law.

6. Intellectual property

We own or license the content, logos, and design of the Site. You may view it for your own business evaluation. You may not copy, sell, or reuse it without our written permission.

7. Third-party services

The Site uses third-party tools, such as scheduling, forms, and ad platforms. Their own terms and privacy policies govern your use of them, and we are not responsible for them.

8. Disclaimers

We provide the Site "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Cookied Leads will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim about the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

10. Governing law

Illinois law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You and we agree to bring any dispute about the Site in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version here with a new effective date. Using the Site after an update means you accept the new Terms.
