This Privacy Policy explains how Virality Marketing Solutions LLC, doing business as Cookied Leads ("Cookied Leads," "we," "us"), collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit www.cookiedleads.com (the "Site"), fill out a form on it, book a call, or communicate with us. It applies to this Site only.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you request lead pricing, book a call, or contact us, we collect what you enter, such as your name, business email, phone number, company name, industry, the types of leads or calls you buy, target geography, lead volume, budget or target cost per lead, and any notes you add.

Information collected automatically. When you use the Site, we and our providers collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URL, ad click identifiers, approximate location derived from your IP address, and the date and time of your visit. We collect this with cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel.

Information from others. If you reach us through an ad, the ad platform may tell us which ad you clicked or that you submitted a form.

2. How we use information

Review your inquiry, contact you, and schedule and hold calls you request.
Send you information about our lead and call programs, with your consent where the law requires it.
Run, secure, and improve the Site.
Measure our advertising and show our ads to people likely to be interested, including on Facebook and Instagram.
Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. How we share information

We share personal information with:

Service providers that run our CRM, forms, calendar, email, SMS, and website hosting (including HighLevel), under contracts that limit their use of the data.
Advertising partners, such as Meta Platforms, which receive data through the Meta Pixel to measure and deliver our ads. Under some state laws this counts as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out on our Your Privacy Choices page.
Legal and safety recipients when the law requires it or to protect our rights, users, or others.
A buyer or successor if we sell or reorganize all or part of our business.

We do not sell personal information you submit through this Site for money, and we do not pass your inquiry to other lead buyers.

4. Text messages and mobile information

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may text you about your inquiry and scheduled calls. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

We will not share or sell your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We will not share your text messaging opt-in data or consent with any third party. This excludes service providers that help us deliver messages.

5. Cookies, the Meta Pixel, and your choices

We use cookies and the Meta Pixel to understand how visitors use the Site and to measure and target our ads. You can:

Turn on Global Privacy Control (GPC) in a supported browser. We treat a GPC signal as an opt-out of sharing for that browser.
Block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Our Site does not respond to "Do Not Track" signals, though we honor GPC as described above.

6. How long we keep information

We keep inquiry and contact records for as long as we have a business relationship with you or your company and for up to three years after our last contact, unless the law requires a longer period. We keep records of SMS consent and opt-outs for at least five years.

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, including California and other states with consumer privacy laws, you may have the right to:

Know what personal information we collected about you and get a copy of it.
Correct inaccurate personal information.
Delete personal information we collected from you.
Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising.
Not receive discriminatory treatment for using these rights.

We will verify your request by matching the information you give us to our records. You may use an authorized agent, and we may ask the agent for proof of your permission. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with the subject "Privacy Appeal."

California notice at collection. In the past 12 months we collected identifiers (name, email, phone, IP address), commercial information (the lead programs you asked about), internet activity (pages viewed, ad interactions), approximate geolocation, and professional information (company and industry). We collected it from you, your device, and ad platforms, for the purposes in Section 2. We shared identifiers and internet activity with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising. We did not sell personal information and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you.

8. Children

This Site serves businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child gave us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information. No website or transmission is completely secure.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here and change the effective date above.
